Finance Council and Financial Statements

The Finance Council assists the Pastor in a consultative capacity, to advise and assist the Pastor in his administration of the Parish finances and temporalities. The Council meets throughout the year and members are appointed by the Pastor.

The Chairperson of the Finance Council prepares an annual report to parishioners which accompanies the Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities for the fiscal year.  These documents are presented annually in the fall on Accountability Sunday, and this financial transparency helps to communicate the financial health of St. Joseph Parish.
